  • The Fund assets will be concentrated in my best ideas and most promising investment worldwide.

 

  • Performance fees will only be charged when the Fund generates absolute positive returns.

 

  • The Fund will be closed to new investors if doing so would benefit existing Partners.

 

  • I will communicate with my investment Partners in a clear and concise manner.
