Contact Commitment

Tarpon Capital Management, Inc. is always available for consultation and advice on any financial matter, seven days a week.  Clients can also expect the following personal contact commitment:

  • Monthly, consolidated statement of accounts that shows all investment positions, transactions, realized gains/losses
  • Year-end 1099 tax form and summary statement
  • A minimum of twelve personal contacts per year from Britt. This normally includes an annual in-person review and several brief phone updates
  • Mid-Year “Market Comment” newsletter outlining current market posture and investment strategy

Personal reviews will take place annually from time of account opening. Clients will be provided with: a consolidated performance summary of accounts; current investment strategy report; review of financial plan including asset allocation, cash management, liabilities, insurance and estate planning needs; update on changes in economy and tax laws; coordination with your attorney and accountant for legal, tax and asset protection planning
